Smart Cities – First belgian barometer (FEB. 2017)
This research relates the results of a quantitative research amongst Belgian municipalities. Pointing out key statistical observations, it provides the first scientific and quantitative state of the dynamics around the “Smart City” phenomenon in Belgium. The survey, conducted among 589 Belgian municipalities, is considered statistically representative of Belgian territorial and institutional realities (response rate = 19%).
The Smart City Institute offer two research position and is looking for a PhD researcher and a postdoctoral researcher in the fields of :
- Strategizing and controlling for sustainable and smart cities
- Smart Cities & innovative business/financing models
